Time Matters 16.3.0.73 Released but Not Ready

Dec. 4, 2017 - I do not recommend upgrading to Time Matters 16.3 yet if you use any billing features. Currently Time Matters 16.3 shows an error message every time a Billing record is opened. Richard Marx, CIC, an excellent Time Matters consultant in Phoenix, first found this defect and I reproduced it. We have both reported the defect to LexisNexis.
