Time Matters crashes can be caused by the performance settings in Windows. They do not tend to damage data but can cause the loss of unsaved changes and are annoying. I recommend that every Windows computer running Time Matters should have the settings described here.

An occasional annoyance with the Droid is the "Droooiiid" sound it makes at startup. To silence the Droid startup sound: Go to: Settings | Sound | Notification ringtone | Scroll up and select Silent.

The Time Matters Data Indexer is the engine behind the Search Box, Conflicts Search and Global Search. But the Data Indexer will run on the first PC that opens Time Matters and can slow down that PC. You can set up the Data Indexer to run automatically on a computer of your choice, usually the server. Using this method does not use up a Time Matters user license.
