Tip: Use a Formattable Clipboard - Video
You can paste names, addresses and other information from Time Matters® into document and e-mails using Formattable Clipboards. This feature copies data from Contacts, Matters or other records into the Windows clipboard. You use the Paste option (or the hotkey, Ctrl-V) to paste this text where you need it.
Formattable clipboards can contain unchanging or "boilerplate" text and formatting as well as names, addresses and other Time Matters data. Some clipboards are included in the program. You can create more.
