Full-Text Search of Contacts

You can search through the text of all your Contact records for a particular word or phrases. If you remember something about a person but just cannot remember the name, this feature may help you track the person down.
To search the full text of your Contact records:

On the Main Menu, select:
Search | Combined Search.

Type your search word or
words into the
Name/Textfield and pressOK:

The Contact list now shows
only the records that have your search word or words anywhere in the
record.
You can use the Combined Search
feature in all the other lists of records, too. Or, if you want to
search them all at once, go to: Main Menu | Search | Global
Search and follow the
on-screen instructions.
